FINANCES Okay, here's the part nobody ever likes to talk about. Nevertheless, we want to ensure that you know our goal is to not let expense prevent you from receiving the quality care you desire and deserve. And, we attempt to make finance options fit your needs. Extended payment plans are available based on credit approval. Otherwise, payment is expected at the time services are performed. We accept cash, checks, Discover, Visa, Master Card or American Express. A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees in excess of $200 are paid in full by cash or check in advance of the appointment. When extensive dental care is necessary or when dental insurance is available, financial arrangements may be made with our office coordinator. DENTAL INSURANCE If you have dental insurance, we will assist you in every way possible to maximize your dental insurance benefits including filling out and filing the forms at no charge. Nevertheless, your policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company, not between your insurance company and our office. We can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage, but we'll do our best to see that you receive your maximum benefits. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than you anticipated. If you would like to know what your expected coverage would be, we will submit a pre-treatment estimate. Your insurer will generally send a detailed response in 4-6 weeks. BACK TO TOP
